PETUGAS menyelidiki lokasi jatuhnya pesawat Fokker 27 di atap hanggar perawatan pesawat di Bandara Hussein Sastranegara Kota Bandung, Selasa (7/4) pagi.* DUDI SUGANDI/"PR"
BANDUNG, (PRLM).-Jenazah keenam kru pesawat yang tewas dalam kecelakaan Fokker 27 disemayamkan di Hangar 11, dengan upacara pelepasan yang dipimpin Panglima TNI Jenderal Joko Santoso, Senin malam sekitar pukul 22.00. Hadir dalam upacara pelepasan itu KSAU Marsekal TNI Subandrio, Pandam III Siliwangi Mayjen TNI Rasyid Kurnuen Aquari, Kapolda Jabar Irjen Polisi Timur Pardopo, dan sejumlah pejabat tinggi lain. Jenasah kemudian diberangkatkan ke Pangkalan Udara Halim Perdana Kusuma Jakarta.
Keenam kru pesawat itu adalah pilot Kapten (Pnb) I Gede Agus Tirta Santosa, co-pilot Lettu (Pnb) Yudho, Letda (Tek) Dadang, Letda (Tek) Rahmat, Serda Bakhtiar, dan Serda Mas Karebet. Lettu (Pnb) Yudho adalah putra Pangdam Iskandar Muda, Mayjen TNI Sunarko.
Sedangkan siswa Para Lanjut Tempur (PLT) Paskhas yang menjadi penumpang pesawat itu, adalah Lettu (Psk) Basonai (pembina), Lettu (Psk) Wahyu Nanik, Lettu (Psk) Dani Ariyadi K., Letda (Psk) Richie D., Serda Erwan S., Pratu Didik, Pratu Teguh W., Pratu M. Imron., Partu Ari Purwanto, Pratu Abdul Kadir, Pratu Darmanto, Pratu Didik Cahya, Prada Danang Tetuko, Prada Ibnu Setiawan, Pratu Heru Kustanto, Prada Erwin Agus, Prada Rizki Faizal, dan Prada Dedi Jati K.
Kecelakan pesawat angkut personel TNI Angkatan Udara jenis Fokker 27 dengan kode A 2703 di Pangkalan Udara Husein Sastranegara, Senin siang, menewaskan 24 orang, enam orang kru dan 18 siswa PLT Korps Paskhas Angkatan Udara. Pesawat jatuh sekira pukul 13.00 WIB, dan menghantam hangar Aircraft Services (ACS) milik PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI). Pesawat langsung meledak dan hancur berkeping-keping. Seluruh kru dan siswa PLT tewas seketika.
Direktur Operasional PTDI, Budi Wuraskito mengatakan, saat pesawat menghantam hangar ACS, para pegawai PTDI yang bekerja di hangar itu sedang istirahat. Pesawat itu, kata Budi, menghantam wilayah yang relatif aman, yaitu lab ACS.
Di dalam hangar terdapat lima pesawat yang diperbaiki, yaitu satu Boeing 737 milik Batavia Air, satu Boeing 737 milik Adam Air, satu NC 212-200 milik Deraya Air, satu CN 235 milik PTDI, dan satu helikoter Robinson milik PTDI.
Pesawat NC 212-200 milik Deraya Air mengalami rusak cukup berat karena tertimpa center wing pesawat yang jatuh. Sedangkan pesawat Boeing 737 milik Batavia Air mengalami rusak ringan. "Pesawat yang lain tidak mengalami kerusakan. Di hangar itu kami sedang memperbaiki pesawat CN 235 yang akan dijual ke Perancis," kata Budi.
Menurut keterangan karyawan PTDI, kata Budi, saat pesawat jatuh sedang turun hujan sangat lebat. Para saksi tidak mendengar ada suara pesawat akan mendarat, tapi tiba-tiba terdengar ledakan sangat keras. Ketika mereka melihat ke arah hangar, pesawat TNI itu sudah hancur berkeping-keping.
Dijelaskannya, tidak ada karyawan PTDI yang menejadi korban jatuhnya pesawat itu. Namun kerugian diperkirakan cukup besar, karena satu pertiga hangar ACS rusak terbakar. "Walau terjadi peristiwa ini, kami tetap akan bekerja, beriringan sambil memperbaiki bagian yang rusak," kata Budi. (A-132/A-50)***
